SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For all CUSTOMISED orders within Australia we offer STANDARD SHIPPING (2-4 business days) Australia Post. This delivery time accounts for the time AFTER we print the items (7-10 business days). 

If you order just a bandana and put through the order before 3:00pm AEST, they are dispatched the same day with FREE standard shipping. 

Bandana orders placed after 3:00pm AEST will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

ONCE DISPATCHED, WE DO NOT HOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST/ STOLEN PARCELS. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

Flat rate of $25 AUD.

MAKE SURE YOU ENTER ALL THE CORRECT DETAILS FOR YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE DO NOT HOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR PARCELS AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR HEAD OFFICE. PARCELS WITH INCORRECT DETAILS WILL RESULT IN THE PARCEL BEING RETURNED TO US, AND ONCE WE RECEIVE IT BACK WE ISSUE YOU A MANUAL INVOICE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES SO WE CAN RESEND BACK TO YOU. 

Bandana orders placed before 3:00pm AEST are dispatched the same day.

Bandana orders placed after 3:00pm AEST will be dispatched the following business day.

Bandana orders are delivered within 6-12 business days.

 

Customised Tees/Totes will be shipped to you within 20 business days. These are made to order.

 PAWTRAITS + VIP MEMBERSHIPS

This will be delivered to you via Email so no shipping fees apply. 

(Shipping fee applies only when International customers purchase the Pawtrait WITH a physical product; bandana or customised tee/tote) A flat rate of $25 - see International Shipping. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our products.

No refunds for shipping.

Bandanas: We advise you measure your dog's neck with a measuring tape to ensure you purchase the correct size bandana.

Tees : Please read through measurements on product page. Sizing is unisex. We can not amend or cancel your order once processed. We can not refund or accept returns.

All items are checked before dispatch.
